  I don’t usually do reviews, but I went in there with a friend who was getting a loan to see the whole process of the situation and Ryah was great. She answered every question we had and seemed happy to do so. She was one of the nicest people I’ve dealt with in customer service. Highly recommend this place!

  When the panademic was in about the 1st month and right about the time the stimulus checks were supposed to be coming, I contacted the store in Altoona and was honest about my financial situation and said I need help and I don’t want to loose my car. I had made a couple of payments and as we know the interest is a killer if you can’t pay more than the minimum payment. I asked if they would help me out and drop the interest so I could pay the loan off. They called me back and agreed due to circumstances. I give them 6 ⭐️ s. Thank you guys or girls rather! I hope I don’t need your help again, but I’m glad you’re there. Sharon J

  It has been a great experience to work with loan max during my loan needs. When I needed help they helped. The staff are kind and considerate. Including mangement.
