  Right now our vehicle was totalled in an accident. We need permission just to tow it from one spot to the other, but they won't allow it to be moved, won't write a release for it to move. Manager would rather us pay a ticket have it go back in the impound lot, pay those fees until we pay them back. Manager has no idea how to run his business. Bad review on everything possible for the horrible treatment we've been offered. I will report everything they have done wrong.

  Great service by that lady Emely and the other helper lady Alejandra. As soon as I got there they helped me out with what I needed and got me out of there without wasting time!
