  Both members of the staff worked as team players to assure every customer was satisfied. I heard conversations of customers experiencing late payments and not once did either of these women get rude or nasty with them. I had the same pleasant experience with the Loan Max in another city, also. That’s what we need during hard times…not MORE turmoil. Thanks Loan Max!!

  The Ladies in the Loan Max in Hattiesburg Mississippi on Broadway drive are the best , courteous helpful , great attitude people that I have come across in a long time . They make you so comfortable and are there to help answer any questions you may have . Best experience that I have had in a long time truly awesome.

  Right when I walked n I was greeted with a friendly smiling face the lady n there wished I knew her name so I can give her props she was very helpful and very sweet the process was easy and fast amd she explained all ur options and made sure what I wanted I would tell anybody if they need a loan go there cause I will do my business from there from now on
