  Jennifer is the greatest!!! She always greets me by name and with a smile!!! I visit this company anytime I experience a financial burden. This store always maintain confidentiality throughout their business. I love that they’re always prompt to get you in and out as quickly as possible. This is a great company and great staff!   I actually called to get information about an installment loan for my mom. Jennifer was very informative about the different products that her center offered. She answered all my questions and concerns. I look forward to doing business with her soon. I know that her customer service in person is great because she’s great over the phone.   This place is very professional. Jennifer is all about pleasing her customers. She’s the best. She does her job in a timely manner and even when some customers are rude she keeps her composure and maintains professionalism at all times. I definitely recommend this center.

  I received the best customer service today. I was greeted with smiles...I really felt welcomed. I went in for a money order but was given details on what other services were available to me. The process and help was quick and efficient. She was very respectful and knowledgeable about the services offered there...I will be a returning customer....
