  May be a fraud, Shopped for investment loan selected loan guy found property after losing 2 bids offer accepted 2/9 first close date 3/9, second 3/22, third 4/9 loanguys failed to fund the deal with no explanation because underwriting being backed up was the constant excuse, lost earnest money, was pre approved with 2 other Leanders but seller went with cash buyer because Loan guys inability to close deal timely, Edan very nice professional, one of the processors Heather Was rude lack customer service lost my deal and my earnest money when they say they close deals in 15 day 2 months still was not able to close lost my deal

  These guys did a great job and made the entire experience easy.  This was my first time going outside of the big banks and the conventional loan process, so I had my hesitations.  I started the process with Addison and she was great from start to finish.  On day one I told her exactly what I was looking for, gave her my requirements, gave her all the details and she said; YES we can make this happen. I trusted her and we started the process.  Having never done a loan like this, I was waiting for the gotcha moment or for the numbers to change, but that never happened. We actually got a better deal than I was expecting.  I could not be happier with Addison and the rest of the team at Loan Guys.  Thank you again!

  I never knew anything about the loan process but my experience was incredibly easy and smooth when I worked with Addison. She was there to answer all my questions about each step of the process and helped me make the right decision for myself. I was hesitating at first but when I worked with Addison and her team and I can’t be happier. The process was super simple and we managed to close everything on time. Looking forward to getting more investment properties with Addison.

  What a great experience working with the professionals at Loan Guys! This was my second use of hard money. The first lender I worked with was extremely stressful, and late for closing. Loan Guys were so fast, we were able to close early! I am excited to work with them again. Highly recommend!

  I got a loan with LoanGuys about a month ago and I currently own my first investment property.   My experience with Shervin M. & Jillian was the best! They would answer all my questions that I had in a quick manner via text, email, or phone call! He helped our business flourish by facilitating 2 properties to close in a quick fashion! Very professional and I would highly recommend this company if not wanting to hassle with too much stated documentation like taxes, W2s, and etc....Now, we have just grown our business real estate portfolio to another muliti-family 4Plex and a commercial building property that are cash flowing in!   I had an amazing experience with loan guys. They helped me get my loan way faster than I was expecting. Daniel and Matthew were both very helpful throughout the whole process.   I am very pleased with the results. I couldnt find anyone to do a 5plex loan since its considered commercial, but the loan guys really came through. A few bumps in the road (just like any closings nowadays due to delays in appraisals), but everything promised was delivered. Shervin Modir really pull it together for me and answered my calls. We’ll definitely do business with them again…
