  Thomas and team went above and beyond what is the norm to help me with buying my 1st home. I'm completely tech Illiterate and they guided me through the entire process, even when things had to explained more then once, they did amazing job helping me understand the entire process. I'm pretty sure it was frustrating for them at times but they did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much

  Golden Empire Mortgage is everything a Homebuyer needs.  GEM Mortgage is so professional and they guide you through the whole process of where you need to be to make your home buying experience successful with no stress.  The important thing I learned working with them, is that they are experts and have the buyers Best interest.  My husband and I are so thankful for Thomas Louisignau and his team for saving the day after we experienced numerous hiccups from other Lenders that did not know what they were doing and who couldn't be trusted.  If you want your home buying experience to be successful and be confident that your Escrow transaction is handled right, I recommend you definitely contact Thomas at Golden Empire Mortgage.  It is scary out there because there are so many crooked lenders who really give mediocre service and don't hold the knowledge to show or direct you where you need to be to purchase your home; however GEM will guide you every step of the way in regards to credit repair and financial advice to get you qualified.  We are so happy that Golden Empire was able to seal the deal and get us cleared for a new home built this year and save the day when the in house Lender with the Building company could not pull through.   Where do I begin to tell you that we were blessed to have Jorge Merlos and his entire team at Integrity Home Finance on our side. Not only did Jorge work tirelessly to get us pre-approved but guided every step of the way.   This is a very long overdue review, and a very much deserved one!! My boyfriend and I purchased a home in October 2019. Purchasing a home is one of the largest transactions a person will make in their lifetime, which can also come with a lot of stress and emotions during the process so it's imperative to chose a knowledgeable, experienced, honest, and trustworthy team to walk/guide you through the process, answer questions thoroughly, address any concerns, and also ensure you are making the best financial decision for you and your family...well, Thomas and his team far exceeded that. In addition, he truly cares about his clients and wants the absolute best...so much so, that when we put an offer on a house we absolutely loved, Thomas went the extra mile and reached out to the seller's agent which gave us a huge advantage when there were multiple offers on the table. Needless to say, our offer is the one that was accepted! You just don't find that level of customer service everywhere you go. Furthermore, Thomas and his team handled everything professionally, timely, & diligently. Who you work with really matters and plays a huge role in the entire home buying process. We without a doubt will be working with Thomas and his team for all future transactions, he is the ONLY lender I will be referring all family and friends to.   As Real estate professional having the right team is extremely important! Eddy Lomeli with Golden Empire Mortgage is very knowledgeable and professional! Closing a loan is so important for the home purchasing process and having the right loan officer is a must! They were on top of everything throughout the process and made it as smooth as possible for all parties. Despite any bumps in the transaction, Eddy and his team managed to resolve them and get this well deserving family into their dream home!   Buying a first home is incredibly stressful, and for someone without a financial background securing a mortgage is the most confusing part. Jorge Merlos was able to boil down all the rates and acronyms into logical information I needed to make the right decision.
