  As I shopped around for a home mortgage, Loan Depot provided the best rate and most affordable mortgage insurance. Since the paperwork can be dwelling and complex in general for home purchase transactions, having great customer service is a must which Loan Depot provided. A prime example is that my rate was already low, but my loan officer, Denise Serrano, provided me with an opportunity to lock an even lower rate as my credit score has improved since Loan Depot initially run my credit. No question asked - I am overall beyond satisfied with the loan process. Denise and her team are such a pleasure to work with. They are responsive at literally any time of the day. Stellar and professional. Denise and Adi would proactively communicate me and personally update me after email updates. Loan Depot is also great to work with during the pandemic as the online experience was easy and smooth. I love their online portal which provides me an email update whenever my loan process moves up to the next step and provides clear instruction on what is pending on my end or Loan Depot’s. I felt more connected in the process since everyone was very personable and interactive. Working with Loan Depot has been a win-win situation especially since they performed very well and expedited my loan quickly.

  I was provided with a pre-approval letter very quickly when I expressed that it was urgent (I was visiting a property I wanted to bid on the following day). During the loan process, Denise Serrano always kept me informed and up to date, and answered all the questions that I had. She was very well informed and always happy to explain the details I asked her about. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

  Denise was always available and responded to questions immediately. When we needed to get a pre-approval letter within a little over a day, she made it happen. Throughout the process she has communicated very well. The only issue I was disappointed with was that I was told that the APR for my loan would be 2.375 with no cost. It ended up being 2.5 because as Denise explained, the interest rates change every day. I was really hoping for the 2.375 rate, but I understand that there is only so much that can be controlled
