  As a first time home buyer we had little information to what a Lender did for the home buying process. Denise was very insightful while showing us our cost breakdowns, all of our available options and getting us the best rate. She was very patient and thorough walking us through every step of the lending process and was always available to answer any questions we had. Denise was both professional and very involved making us feel comfortable as we bought our home. Highly recommend working with her. She is absolutely amazing!

  Spoke with Denise about a repair she needed on an Appliance and I mentioned how I was looking to rent a house. Then she said why rent when you can buy. I didn’t think I could be a homeowner again. She got me qualified and I’m a homeowner again! She made everything seem so easy and guess what it was! She never showed me any properties that I didn’t like. She knew exactly what I was looking for.   Denise is a total rock star lender! She is not only extremely knowledgeable she is just a really kind, awesome person to work with. We had a complicated loan situation and she never once lost her cool, her patience, or belief that it would all work out. And she was right!
