  Hugo is the best to work with! This is our second time working with Hugo. Last year my parents blessed us with their house and after trying to work with a loan officer from BofA who kept trying to cheat us, we were referred by a friend to Hugo! And we are so glad we did! Now we are doing our second refinance and we of course chose to work with Hugo! He is not judgemental at all, he and his team respond quickly, and everything just goes smoothly from beginning to end, both times! They explain everything to you and no hidden costs or anything. Just an honest team who wants to help!

  As a first time home buyer I have to say that I was clueless at first when I started the process of searching for my first home. I got introduced to Hugo by two of my high school friends and I gotta say, I am glad they introduced me to him. Hugo is great, very friendly, very informative and knowledgeable. He broke everything down for me and answered all my questions. One of the things I liked the most is that he was very patient with the whole process, I didn't feel pressured into making offers on properties, I never got the salesman feeling from dealing with Hugo, instead I felt like he always had my best interest in mind. Hugo was very honest with us throughout the whole process, I would definitely recommend working with him.

  I had such an amazing experience, I was shopping around for a home loan but also had 101 questions, as this was my first time buying a home. Hugo and his team went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and he locked me in at the best rate! Through out the process I received emails and phone calls from Joanna, Amy and Hugo keeping me updated on everything. They really are the best team and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking around.
