  Loan Depot was amazing through our whole home buying process! Specifically Brian West! He was very quick to answer any and all questions, really on the ball. We sent after hours emails figuring we’d hear back in the morning and were amazed by nearly instantaneous response. Even after the whole loan part of the transaction was complete he remained in touch to ensure everything went well. Absolutely phenomenal job!!!

  Really just want to take a moment to call out Jeff Gordon, Bridget Gibbons, and David Klucznik for their help with our refinance. Not only did they get us an amazing rate and make the navigation process practically seemless (literally). They truly treated us as if we were their most important customers over and over again and really made us feel like we were valued answering our never ending streams of questions quickly and easily. I cannot recommend this team enough for everything they have done for us, and by the looks of it do for all of their many customers. I tip my hat; Loan Depot is extremely lucky to have such excellent people working for them.

  I had a weird situation where I had went through a name change , instead of turning me down they had welcome the challenge and got us in a brand new home that was built this year. It took a span of four months for the whole loan process and I know a lot of people always say that getting a home is the scariest thing to do in their life but with loan depot they made it one of the easiest choices I’ve ever made.
