  I would highly recommend Mortgage Solution. They were able to work with me from start to finish even though I had some challenges with my credit history. The branch manager, Jared Robbins, was instrumental in the deal. He stayed in contact with me and kept me appraised on the loan development. The local realtor, Jim Frageau, that Jared recommended was also very helpful. Jennifer Richey, the loan processor, provided clear instructions on what the underwriting team required from me. The VA loan was funded within 45 days, which we appreciated as first-time buyers. I believe that deal could have been closed in less than 30 days if the seller's realtor had submitted the inspection report promptly.

  At 1st I was skeptical, was always given an excuse that Credit Score had to be a certain number even when using a VA Loan. Boy was i surprised on how quick and professional Mortgage Solutions was. 1st they assigned me Craig who very professional and answered all my question as i was a 1st time buyer, then he assigned me to a real estate agent who herself was outstanding. I was Pre-approved , was able to start looking and without fail in less then 30 days was able to purchase my home. Mortgage Solutions made my family dream come true.   Luke and the whole team really took time to make sure that I was happy and that my loan went through. I used a VA loan and was denied by two other companies.   This will be long and detailed. As I highly recommend this company to any veteran or person that is working on building their credit. My husband and I are on our second marriage. I kept the house from previous marriage. We had an interesting loan process that had to be done. We had the pleasure of working with Jordan Dawson, Amy Lukes, and Cinda Berg. Now there could have been others, but they were our main 3. What could have taken months was done in just two. They are friendly,prompt, and always have time to walk you through every step.
