  Not the greatest experience unfortunately. This was our second purchase with them in 5 months and choose them the 2nd time because the 1st purchase was a great experience. BUT.. The 2nd experience not even remotely the same. Communication is a major problem with them. We had to spend a tremendous amount of time chasing after them to get things done and to get answers. Good luck getting emails or phone calls replied to in an appropriate amount of time. My title company and Realtor was very frustrated with them throughout the entire process due too lack of communication. Due to CMGs lack of handling things in a timely manor they even held up our closing. Reaching out to the Branch Manger Carry Ann did no good she did not even have the respect to return calls . Her assistant said that unfortunately this is a all to common problem and apologized many times for the lack of respect We received. We had sent them many new clients had planned to use them to purchase more homes every 6 months. But that will not be happening after this experience.

  I purchased my first home through CMG. I had no idea what I was doing and was pretty nervous about the process based on what friends and family had told me about their home buying experiences with other companies. To my surprise CMG, specifically Kevin McElroy, made the process a breeze. In fact, buying my first home 700 miles away from where I was currently living was the easiest part of my move from Dallas to Nashville. CMG took a tremendous amount of stress off of my back during an incredibly stressful move. I would recommend CMG Financial to any of my friends and family in the house buying market.

  Shaun, Heather, Carey Ann, and Jennifer have been in constant contact with us throughout the entire home buying process. Honestly, if you would have told us a few months ago we would be BUYING a new home instead of renting, I would have laughed out lout. But Shaun found just the right loan, in our monthly budget, and has walked with us throughout the entire process. CMG wasn't pushy about it, either; we were the ones doing every decision, he was giving us the data to make it. We definitely recommend them for a home loan or refinance; they'll take care of you every step of the way.

  So my husband and I are in the market for a home we paired up with this company, my husband and I are in our mid 20’s first time home buyers. We applied for a loan and a gentleman by the name Shaun, and let me tell you, you want to talk about unprofessional he is your guy. He never returned out calls. We had an appointment to call him at 2:30 on a Monday and he never answered never returned the call. When we ask question gives us no respond just tells us that we are not approved work on your stuff or put money down pretty much the attitude of if you are not putting anything down I’m not helping you. Just unprofessional I would never use him. If you get him don’t even bother he is so rude.

  Try for two months to set up bank auto pay. Sent in paper form twice. Last week guy on phone said in process. Talked to agent. Called Lydia. She sent text said apply online. Tried online several times referred to Facebook and foreign bookkeeping company that requires permission to hack all your information and sell to everybody
