  Including two prior refinances, this was our 3rd time working with the Mike Jones and Kent Nielson Teams at VIP Mortgage in Tempe, and once again, my wife and I are extremely pleased with their service and support. Being a new purchase loan, we had a lot more questions this time around and Chris Jones and Karmen Nystrom were both always super quick to respond to our texts & emails. Also, their online systems and processes for collecting info and documents is straightforward and effortless. Finally, we got a fantastic rate so we feel like we got a great deal!   Mike and his team have helped me three times over the last seven years now. First when I purchased a brand new home 7 years ago, again 1-1/2 years later when they helped me to refinance to a lower interest rate and now just this month when they helped me to refinance to a 20 year mortgage cutting 7 years off my loan. Every time it has been a wonderful experience with great communication and friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend (and I have to family and friends) that if you need someone to help with a home loan get it done right and call Mike.👍

  From start to finish I KNEW I was in the best hands! My husband applied last year with Chris Jones. At that time it wasn't going to work for us for what we wanted. Chris & Mike worked with us for over a year while we fixed a few things on our credit. When we were ready we called Chris and #BOOM we were qualified. Next up Lory Feliz (processor), she was AMAZING.
