  I recently purchased a new car, and had a few hiccups with the dealership getting it here. Coe and his team were true professionals in helping me get the car insured, and handled all of the dealership hiccups for me. The team went out of their way to handle some last minute requests, even when they came in late on a Friday. This has been my second experience working with Coe and his team. As a first time home buyer, his team helped answer my many questions. Would recommend Coe for anyone looking for car/home insurance!

  I had a major wind-storm related leak in my roof in a recently purchased home. I filed a claim, and it took weeks to hear a decision. Meanwhile, water kept coming in, causing more damage. I called Coe, who said he’d look into it. Never heard back. Got a claim denial in the mail, saying they didn’t believe it was from the storm. Apparently, shingles just all blew off onto the yard by coincidence on the day of the storm. I called Coe, who blamed some unknown person for not getting back to me, and he would investigate and get back to me that day. Never heard from him again. Dropped him and State Farm.

  Greg, we had discussed that your roofer might be the best person to explain to our claim representative what had caused the damage to your roof. I called claims on your behalf and was promised that they would reach out to you that day to ask you who your roofer was in order to connect with them and discuss the situation. I realize I failed you by not circling back to make sure that conversation happened and that you were satisfied, and I sincerely apologize for that. It has been my experience that I can trust my claim partners to make these calls and resolve situations with the contractors to help our customers. Please know that, based on decades of personal observation, I believe our claim department does pay legitimate claims, promptly and fairly. Despite the independent, third party's inspection that questioned the true cause of your roof damage, I should have called you back to discuss the situation with you right away. You deserved better from me. I have now called and left you a message in hopes of speaking with you to see if we can still resolve the questions behind your claim issue. I hope you will return my call at your earliest convenience. Thank you for bringing this matter back to my attention.

  Coe and his team really exemplify the good neighbor attitude of a professional agency. His commitment to his customers is always #1 and he can answer all questions, either personally or with prompt follow up. My dad was a State Farm agent and Coe reminds me of him, hard work, great customer service, and always there when you need him. Thanks for being my agent, since CT had SF agents for the first time so many years ago, appreciate all the sound advice.

  I was in a serious head-on auto accident in 2019. I clearly had an option to immediately hire an injury lawyer, but Coe helped me through the whole process, which took over 20 months, from the day of the accident until I accepted the final settlement. In the end, this was a case in which it made sense not to hire a lawyer, but I could not have made this decision without his guidance. He is very experienced and understands all the details involved. Throughout the process, I felt at peace, which is most important.

  I was shopping around for auto insurance for the first time and found that Sate Farm was the lowest cost and very professional and took no time at all to get a quote. They were super helpful throughout the entire process and I am extremely happy with my decision and coverage! I had a couple questions so I asked my agent and they were able to help my right away and explain it very clearly so I would be able to understand.
