      Never applied for any loan or even looked into a loan from Loan Depot, however, February 4th - February 16th I've had at least 200 calls from Loan Depot (all documented and reported) with no voice-mail left. If I ever need a loan I WILL NOT use Loan Depot and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to stay away from this aggressive and disrespectful company!

      Another person here getting dozens of calls from loans depot with no voicemail. I finally answer one of the calls and asked to be put on the do not call list. Instead of accepting that answer, the representative Jamari decided to ignore that request and proceeded to ask questions. Had to ask several times to just take my name/number off of the list and he just wanted to banter back and forth. I requested a supervisor serveral times. After probably the 4th or 5th request Jamari finally acknowledged that I wanted to talk to his supervisor. That took about five minutes of listening hum and mock me for wanting a supervisor. Just avoid this place like the plague. If the are willing to treat potential customer this way imagine how they treat actual customers.

      Very aggressive. When i said, 'no' and did not want to proceed after my initial conversation, they still sent out full paperwork as if I had applied and then later sent emails saying I had been denied. In my first call with them and asked, 'how are you compared to others' they essentially disparaged everyone as if they were the only honest people in the market. I still am refinancing, but they are out of the running for sure.

      I have started my loan process back in October 2020. They hide behind their desk. Yet to close my mortgage. Customer service is zero. They go and hide 1-2 months at a time. They will tell me you need to submit these thing and that’s all we need. Then month later they want one more thing then in 1-2 days they will be able to close. Then you submit that, and day later they want something else. As I said it has been going on3-4 months. I got tired of their run around. So, I want to check their rating and boy, did I got a company with 2.6 rating. I personally think they are less than 2.0. I will never fall into their trap again. They took so much of my time. Save time do your shopping with reputed company not this type of people why I’m dealing with. Good luck if you try them.

      Wow. Aggressive much? I just wanted a ball park estimate on refi options from their website, instead I get 9 calls yesterday up until 8PM without leaving a single voicemail. Not even the insurance agencies do this (and they aren't anyone's favorite). Ended up blocking the number.

      I paid off my loan to Loan Depot on 10/15/2020 and i'm still waiting for a refund of my escrows of almost $2,000.00 since then. they state they have mailed my check out 4 times, once without a zip code. still impatiently waiting!!! I will never use them again nor recommend them. their service is deplorable. I own a real estate company in Michigan and will never refer them.

      An especially aggregating experience. They charged me $500 for a home appraisal. When I received it from my loan specialist it was incomplete. Since my loan specialist wouldn't return my calls, I called the home inspector directly to find out why. He told me he was instructed by loandepot to stop the appraisal and whatever I saw was "incomplete and meaningless". Loandepot then told me my house appraised (no surprise) for the exact amount my house lists on Zillow estimate. but when I pressed to see the appraisal I bought and paid for, a bunch of stammering. Avoid these jokers. It's been 7 weeks and they can't refi my house even with perfect credit and a 58 LTV.

      We were approved for almost 5 months- no call back from our loan officer- I kept calling- no response. Then they wanted to start over with all our paperwork & run credit again- because they delayed us for 5 months. Gave up & went to Rocket.

      They claim customer service is there top priority, yet it's days before they return your call. They make promises that they can't keep. Very very unprofessional
