  Loan process was super easy and I was able to get a good rate. Also, very impressed with my loan officer, Jack Reininga, and his team who did a fantastic job of keeping me up-to-date throughout the process. I will use Loan Depot and Jack for my future mortgage loan needs. Great job!!

  Chris Black isn't just AWESOME, he's THE BEST Loan Officer I have ever worked with in my life. He is not only the most knowledgeable LO that I have worked with, he treats each customer like they are his ONLY customer. He is dedicated, persistent (in getting your loan closed), and highly responsive. He's also just a great human being, and that makes all the difference today in this complicated world. Who gets JOY out of a phone call from your LO? Well, I DO. Each time he updates me, I learn something new about how this business works, and he always follows-up and follows through. I would give him a 100 stars for service and expertise if you would let me. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T LOSE HIM, AND GIVE HIM A LARGE BONUS - he totally deserves it!! Thank you!

  Special thanks to Darryl roundtree who worked for us over the weekend to generate the estimate and pre approval letter, was very professional, very patient in answering to million questions, sometimes repeating the same answer to each of us when asked, explaining us the whole process knowing we are first time homebuyers, getting in contact with the local agents and finally working towards closing on time.
