  Jon and team are amazing. I ran into some issues with another lender and Jon made sure my mortgage was closed right on time! The team was efficient, stayed in contact through the whole process which is very important and delivered the experience you would expect when purchasing a home. I would highly recommend Jon and Loan Depot for any home needs.

  Patrick was an incredibly patient and helpful consultant. We're first time homebuyers and although we ended up not moving forward with our application Patrick has helped make an otherwise nerve wracking process more approachable. He was able to get us a very competitive rate, walk us through all the nuances of understanding it, and taught us a lot about the process. We were strongly considering going with his offer, our motivation for moving forward with another lender was due to reasons outside of Patrick's control and he was very understanding given the explanation. I would strongly recommend him to my friends and will consider working with Patrick in the future.

  Jon Yellon and his entire team were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Jon is extremely knowledgeable, accessible, communicative and detail oriented.   I just closed on my home with such ease using loanDepot. I was referred by my attorney to Patrick Lombardi who was my loan officer. He was responsive, educational, professional, and always calm and collected even when I was anxious about the loan process. Also, working with Patrick was Cynthia, who was the Loan Processor. She was great at communicating. Always followed up with me with a voicemail and email. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The online portal helped me track the progress of the loan and everything was very clear for me to understand.

  Michael is absolutely awesome. Responded to every email/texts instantly, his constant follow ups and the extreme dedication he's been showing thus far makes me feel absolutely a 100% confident about getting this approval. He's literally treating this loan as he himself were getting the loan. Loan Depot definitely got a great one. Michael Littleton, is highly recommended in my book any day.

  Craig and team were incredible, we did all the work upfront and the process was smooth sailing from there. After working with 5 mortgage brokers Craig and team were the only ones to get it done without a tremendous amount of brain damage. Go with them!
