  If you do not want to waste time and patience and even expose yourself to a heart attack, please do not visit this branch. The window service is a real shame, with only one cashier most of the time and also with poor training. In the long and slow line, customers only talk about how much they miss the BOA branch that they closed in Greenwich, Ct. half a mile from this.

  Came here to get help after going to another bank (not BoA). Idk why reviews are not better for this branch! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Jessica, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. She was very informative and friendly. I will definitely go back to this bank because of her.

  Understaffed. Slowest service I have ever seen. It's a painful experience. The Byram branch (now closed) was fabulous, and like family . I'm going to to switch banks.

  If I could I'd give this place 0 stars. The ATM inside sucks and always has an error message. And today it ate my card and destroyed it and when I called BOA they tried charging me for a replacement. Dont waste your time and get a new bank or go somewhere else.

  0 STARS IF I COULD! WORST BOA BRANCH AROUND!!!! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY HANG UP ON THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! THIS BRANCH SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

  This is hands down the worst bank branch of any bank I’ve ever been to. Always overcrowded and dirty with terrible service and terrible hours. The worst of the worst and now it’s the only branch near my home for this bank as they have closed the other branch that was close to me (which was actually functional and not gross). I’m changing my bank soon because of this.
