  Stephen and Kristine helped us to buy our first house. I got pre approved hours after I contacted them and applied online. They keep us updated every week and send us bullet points of things we need to do and what documents we will received in the next couple of days. Stephen also send video of him explaining everything every friday which I think very personal and professional and we love it so much. We will definitely refer them to our friends and family.

  It has been a real pleasure working with Loan Depot team refinancing my mortgage. Little to say, Stephen has been very personable and easy to work with, always available for any information and related clarification needed. He made the whole process go as smoothly and as seamlessly as it gets. Kristin Hanson and Maureen O'Brien got everything wrapped up and funded very efficiently and quickly to my full satisfaction.   Loan depot robbed me of $500 for an appraisal I didn't need because the loan officer assigned to me failed to disclose Federal guidelines that would have invalidated me from refinancing in the first place. I was transparent from the beginning of the process and yet they won't issue me a refund. Beware, they will offer you an option to refinance without an appraisal and they will value your home 20k - 30k less than it's worth without an appraisal. If you are shopping around and find that loan depot's numbers sound best, it just may be too good to be true.
