  Amazing!!! At times you hear the horror stories of all the hoops and red tape people go through. Our experience was the complete opposite! Despite of a few obstacles Wendy took the weight off of our shoulders and made this the most seamless process we have ever had to deal with. Communication was on target and we were never left in limbo wondering where we were in our process. She secured a lower interest rate, kept us a monthly payment that we can afford and had us closed in one month! We are thankful for Wendy and her Team. Amazing!!

  Wendy Etienne and her team were excellent to work with. They were very supportive, thorough and efficient throughout my whole homebuying process. Wendy kept in touch with me and replied in a timely fashion when I had questions. Although todays homebuying market has the tendency to get backlogged, there were also a few technical glitches and things were by no means perfect Wendy and her team are a very good team to work with.   Wendy Etienne was AMAZING, I had been with another loan company that dropped the ball horribly in my case and almost had me lose my money down that I placed on a property, because they did not collect the proper information on their end to secure my purchase. I was confused and let down, when my realtor suggested Wendy at Preferred. Within a month I got my home and closed with no issues. Wendy was Professional and she showed she cared 100% about what I wanted. I would without a doubt recommend Wendy to everyone.

  We just bought our house less than a moth ago; I had two mortgage prequalification, one with my bank and the second with another big mortgage lender, I decided to get a third prequalification and contacted the office of Wendy, when I finished talking with her I knew that I had found my mortgage company, not only the numbers were better but the way every step was explained to me I felt like a good friend was helping us find our home.
