  I want to first say what a AMAZING Company this is WOW! This company go far beyond any other company, and not just as lender as company period! Secondly, my team that I had was the nicest, like a part of the family. My Team was Dean Sowers, Tim Bauman, and Billie Medakovic. Please if ever you need a lender this is the place! Thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart ❤️

  I’ve been through the mortgage process more than a few times. This experience was the best. Our loan officer, Dean, was able to get us into a loan that other lenders did not offer. He found us a fit quickly and his assistant, Tim, was almost always available to answer any questions we had. Sometimes the next steps weren’t real clear until it was time to move forward, but everything closed smoothly. Highly recommend Loan Depot.

  The most stressful thing I have ever been through. If I could give zero stars, I would. Their communications with us were poor and they didn’t communicate with each other well either. The day of the closing, we received an 11th hour call stating we had insufficient funds to close. They had our figures wrong, which they had been told several times. We closed on time, by the grace of God. I will never use Loan Depot again.

  I had a positive experience working with Dean Sowers and LoanDepot. Dean was very professional and helped us along the way. I was little bit skeptical at the beginning, but LoanDepot proved me wrong.
