  Definitely didn’t have a good experience with Mark. Very unprofessional and not helpful in any way. Didn’t take my application serious. They kept asking for information that I already provided them with. It’s sad people can’t do their job and have good customer service skills. Highly wouldn’t recommend this company and their “loans”. I went through another company that was done in the same day and easy to work with.

  I can not say enough good things about my experience with OneMain. Frank was absolutely amazing! He worked through everything with myself and husbands crazy schedule and never complained or made us feel as though we were a inconvenience. I had my loan completed within 24 hours and I loved that I could complete everything from home. Amazing customer service! Thank you for all your help!

  I loved my experience with OneMain. Frank was very courteous and diligent to make my banking experience one of the best I've had in quite some time. I had my loan completed within 24 hours and I loved that I didn't have to go into a branch to complete anything. Amazing customer service! I look forward to being a continued customer! Thank you!

  I appreciate the hard work in order to get my loan approved. From the very first time I spoke with FRANK and we connected. I had a loan with the company in 2016 and currently. I would recommend any friend or family to call them and get a FAST APPROVAL and RESPONSE. I appreciate the WHOLE office and they are very professional.

  I have had business with One Main previously. Never missed a payment, always on time. With that loan the process was easy, fast and at a time it was much needed. THIS loan was the best. ALL FROM HOME!!! I loved it! Shaye was AWESOME TO WORK WITH. Very patient and helpful with the computer segments. If you stay in good standing you should really not be disappointed. These folks are THE BEST!!

  In the past month I was involved in a car accident, my basement flooded twice, my wife's car broke down, so when my water heater went out a couple of days ago, my emergency savings was already gone. I have two young kids at home and need hot water, so I looked online to get a loan. I started the process with a couple of different firms but the process was long, drawn out, and riddled with poor customer service.. So I was happy to get connected with Frank. He was very responsive and from beginning to end everything only took 24 hours. Frank was professional and down to earth and made the whole thing enjoyable. 5/5 stars. If you're looking for a loan, one main financial is the place to go, and Frank is definitely your guy.

  The process from the online app to closing of the loan was Fast, Friendly, and Convenient. Although the interest rate is higher than I would like, I am satisfied with One Main.
