      Worst bank ever, told me I could not withdraw money in my account with less to no explanation, I just smh and transferred all my money to another bank. A better management is needed asap

      I went here today and was told they are not taking any walk in service but they had a sign on the. door stating that you must have a mask on to enter by which I did have one on.Also the gentleman who came to the door started telling me about covid and a bunch of bs.I felt as though he was talking to me like I was a child.I didn't appreciate it. I've been a long time customer with key but I'm really considering going elsewhere because I really think this was a form of discrimination..I would have give 0 stars but I couldn't to write this review.This was the monroeville mall branch

      Slow service. Rude tellers. Lacking basic customer service. Watch out for their checkless checking account - don't get taken by that scam. They hold ALL checks for 7-21 days. Any gas purchase places a $100 hold on your account for 7 days. If you want to deposit a check here, take my advice and get it cashed at a Wal-Mart or other check cashing place and deposit the cash at this bank. They don't hold cash deposits for 7-21 days... yet. I went here to get a roll of quarters from my account and was hassled by the teller in a rude and belittling voice. Find another bank, because if you "choose the red key", you're opening yourself to terrible customer service, shady practices, ridiculously long account holds, rude employees that shouldn't have any customer service job, and misidentified and misleading bank accounts. Choose any key except this one.

      Terrible customer service. We waited a half hour to start a new account there. Numerous representatives walked right by us without even acknowledging us. Right beside me! No "hello", no "we'll be with you as soon as possible". The kicker was when we finally had enough rudeness, we got up to leave. A rep came out of his office (for another reason) looked me right in the eye AND KEPT WALKING! Apparently they don't want our business. Way to make a first impression when you're new to the area.

      The worst branch In the history of America. Had to go there 3 times and they still didn’t do what I needed them to do in an emergency situation. They’re polite but with horrible customer service they never . Never again!!! Key bank as a whole is terrible. Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve ever had

      Horrible made an appointment with branch manager got there and was handed off to Marisa. Did the whole evaluation thing they said they would help try to see what’s best for me !! Wasted a whole month sent emails they just ignored me ! Thank you will look for another bank !!
