  David Campbell at Loan Works made the process of getting a great low rate on a 15 year refinance of our home mortgage in 2017 smooth and easy. We did not make things easy for him, with income from our businesses not W2s, and my wife quitting her job two weeks before signing docs... David calmly made the adjustments needed and we got it done. The rate he locked us in at was so good that even with 2020/21 historically low rates David advised us it would not be worth it to refi again. I highly recommend Loan Works and especially David Campbell.

  I was contacted by Jon when I answered an ad I received in the mail to refinance and from start to finish Jon and Pamela were on top of it like Batman and Robbin. We closed within two weeks. Where can anyone do that? I thought it would take a month boy was I wrong. I am a veteran and I did the Streamline Refinance. Jon and Pamela had a little work to do on my inquiries from my credit report and they cleared them right up. Everything was Docusign and then the mobile notary came out and we signed papers with no problems. Before we knew it we received a call from Jon congratulating us on refinancing and getting us a whole point lower on our interest rate.   I would like to thank the entire staff at Loan Works for helping me with my loan. A special thank you goes out to Matthew Rainwater who was there for us every step of the way! He is a miracle worker. Mr. Rainwater answered all our questions and always kept me up to date. I especially appreciate his honesty in the whole process. Also a very, very big thank you to Jessica Einkorn, who was the very helpful rep who was always asking for more things for us to produce or sign more papers. Ms. Einkorn was instrumental in getting us through the loan process as well.
