  Chas Lapp made my home loan process exceptionally effortless. Not only did I immediately feel as of he had my back...he did. A man of military background, he left no stone unturned during the entire process. I never had to ask a question, because Chas always kept me in the loop and up to speed. He is exceptional. At closing, the realtor and paralegal were stunned by the rate he was able to secure for me. If you need Chas to track anything down for you, rest assured it will be done promptly. I cant say enough about Chas!

  Chas was absolutely amazing to work with. During a very stressful time of selling my house and buying a new one with back to back closings, Chas made the process very easy. I was always in the loop on how the process was going and what documents were needed. He was also there any time I needed him or had questions about my loan. I have never had someone have my back during the purchase of a home like Chas did. He looked out for my best interest the whole time and I will always use him for future purchases.

  I could not be happier with Chas as our mortgage broker. Chas made our refi experience a pleasure. This was with a total change in scope of the loan driven by our changing financial constraints. Chas was able to seamlessly switch to a different version of a refinance loan and facilitated the administrative requirements with very little impact to us as the customer. Top notch job!
