Jean Hill1Being trapped in a robo answering service about a safety alert necklace instead giving me the option I called for is the worst "Customer Service" I can think of! All I wanted was to report that I was zipping down to Florida today and may be using my card. Instead of the consumer having to jump through any hoops at all, why not make an option selection on the website for reporting travel plans so we can be on our way? The process is cumbersome at best; having a rude Service Rep make you answer his call from another line while you are already on the line with him in the first place, but THIS being trapped in a call about Medicare alert buttons was THE WORST.

If you are considering changing banks or starting a new account I highly suggest Ameris in Brunswick, Ga. Ask for Mary! You will be very glad you did! Michell1I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a bank before. Long story short, the staff is nice. They help as much as they can. The branch manager, however, is a liar, and WILL NOT do anything to help you. Your money is better in a bank that will release it within 48 hours, not 7-10 business days. And, she doesn’t care what kind of emergency it is. Don’t expect her to care about your children’s livelihood, or yours.

Sarah Podstata2They treated my sister very disrespectfully. It was very embarrassing to see adults act that way. The lady my sister was talking to got easily frustrated and walked away mid-sentence, someone else had to step in to assist my sister.
