  Scott and Joe were so helpful and easy to work with. I couldn't decide whether refinancing made sense for my situation, but they took the time to lay out all of my options and walk me through each one step by step. After providing thorough explanations, Joe and Scott were able to provide me with a fantastic rate on an awesome loan. It ended up being a no-brainer.   I never would put the words pleasant and refinance in the same sentence, but this was truly the case with Scott at Loan Garden! He demystified the process, found us a a great rate and communicated expertly every step of the way. We felt empowered and finally felt like we had an advocate in what can be a very intimidating process. Loan Garden will be my go-to in any future mortgage needs.

  Scott and the entire team at Loan Garden were a pleasure to work with.   I was in the process of obtaining a new mortgage after having a fallout on previous property and a different lender, and received a call from Melanie. I starting speaking with her and after hearing they provide a very similar service than others while offering a free interest rate lock and a smaller loan fee than other companies, I locked in and saved me a ton from this crazy market! From the beginning to end Melanie and the loan garden team communicated awesomely with our realtor , were highly responsive and worked diligently on the process of getting everything sorted out for our first home! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first home. Melanie was awesome, she was always available to answer any questions was polite, quick to coordinate any issues I was having and so persistent in making sure everything went quickly and smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Loan Garden to family and friends looking a new mortgage loan.

  Scott and Matt really went above and beyond to work with my complicated mortgage situation and come up with an ideal solution. In dealing with Scott, I always felt like he was on my side and putting in a lot of effort to make sure that the result I got was the best available. Just closed last week, and happy to be done with the process, but I'm glad I had someone like Scott to navigate it with me. Scott's honest and caring service and responsiveness will keep me coming back if I ever need another mortgage, but in the meantime, I hope I can nudge some others to use him as well.

  Courtney reached out to me while I was in the process of obtaining a mortgage with my credit union. I don't normally entertain sales calls, but Courtney said they can usually get a better deal, so I went along to see if they could. She immediately got me on the phone with Scott, who quickly went through a pre approval application with me over the phone, while I was at work, and told me they could get me a better interest rate than my credit union was offering. I closed on the house a week ago and the whole process with Loan Garden was excellent. Scott helped me every step of the way, and stayed in constant communication with me about what was next. 100% satisfied and I will work with them for any future refi, or additional purchases I make and would recommend them to friends and family.

  We are so glad we went with Loan Garden to help us buy our first house. Joe was soooo helpful and made sure we got the best rates and plan that worked for us. Through out the entire process of house hunting and putting in offers, Joe and his team made sure we quickly had what we needed to act quickly any time of day in this crazy market. Everyone at loan garden has been so personable and helpful in explaining what the next steps are, which is greatly appreciated as first time home buyers. I would 10/10 recommend Loan Garden to anyone looking to finance or re-finance their home, these guys are the best!

  Melanie and Joe were wonderful. Joe explained the process step by step on how he was helping us refinance our home. Both Melanie and Joe would call me daily on any new updates. After we signed all the paperwork, Melanie call and asked if she could drop by to bring us something for signing. So she did drop by and brought us Boba. It was wonderful. I would recommend they to any and every body.
