Banking: +++AAA Customer service : +++AAA Excellent credit union. This branch may have long lines at times, but they will get you in & on your way ASAP. The branch manage, Rachel works hard to fix any problems that may come up. I've only had one problem here & she had it fix & on my way in under 5 minutes. Rachel has done a superb job @ this branch. All the tellers are friendly & nice. ONE OF THE BEST CREDIT UNIONS I've ever done business!!! Thank you PSCU!!!

My wife and I joined this credit union after leaving Chase Bank. I had been a member previously, before moving out of state, and I had always had good service and friendly reps. Shortly after joining we were approved for a HELOC and shortly after that we refinanced both of our auto loans and brought them over to public service. All of those were done with relative ease, and all of the troublesome parts were handled with care and communication. We were very please. We ended up selling one of our vehicles and got pre-approved to purchase another one. That's when the nightmare began. The short version of the story is that we are currently on our 4th representative and are unable to contact him with any questions. The dealer has sent the buyers order twice and we are trying to close on this deal and take delivery, but no one seems to be available. This is actually the second vehicle I've tried to finance after the pre-approval. I had to cancel the first after PSCU gave the seller the run-around and I ended up losing my deposit on the vehicle. Thinking that it was just an isolated incident , and the fact that it was a private party, I decided to locate another vehicle at a dealer and place a deposit. The dealer has been trying to contact PSCU, as well as I, but our phone calls and emails are not being returned.

Really disappointing. I've been a member for nearly 40 years, but the customer service has steadily declined over that time. With the new conversion to Canvas it seems that they are more worried about the slick marketing than the customers. Tiny example is that I've sent two secure messages asking for specific information about my account. This is the purpose of the secure messaging. Both times I've had the website cut and paste back to me and the second time I was asked if I'm interested in opening the kind of account that I have and was specifically asking about. Marketing over service. At least look at my account and my question before you answer it!

With as many negative reviews I don't think this one will make an impact. I tried calling to resolve an issue and this is the second time your very unhelpful operator has been very rude and condescending to me. The operator refused to give me his name or anything I can use to report him and he said, "I ain't giving you any of that so good luck" To top it off he finished the call by saying, "I ain't transferring you to anyone and I'm getting off work soon so what do you want?" Your employees lack of professionalism speaks volumes of this organization.

When I moved back to Colorado my Wachovia account transferred with me. I had always been happy with Wachovia, the people at my branch were always friendly, if you used an ATM anywhere else they refunded the service fee and a few other services . Then Wells Fargo bought them and life became hell. Anything you might call about and you were put on hold, too many times being put on hold and then the call would disconnect and you would have to start all over again. If you aren't put on hold, they try to sell you other services. The final straw was a lost ATM card that the branch manager ordered for me that 2 weeks later when I called regarding its status had never been ordered! The once friendly employees at my branch now seemed like drones as they had to spew the welcome to Wells Fargo speech, often in unison, as you would enter. It just seemed so forced. The fine folks of PSCU are real human beings and treat the members as such. I hope to never have my money anywhere else.

I've banked here for years and had 2 loans. They don't disclose the fine print and then tack on so many random charges. I wouldn't recommend banking here. Once I caught their mistakes they say its my fault and won't work with me on a resolution. I will be transferring my loan and all accounts elsewhere. Customer service is key and word of mouth travels fast.

I absolutely hate calling this place... I bought a truck over a year ago and they seem to forget the fact that some people do not have a paper check to turn in to set up automatic payments. It is INSANE that I should have to wait on hold for OVER 30 MINUTES TO MAKE MY VEHICLE PAYMENT. I think I will refinance through Coors Credit union. I have never been on hold more than 5 minutes. Ever. Im tired of having my time wasted every time I need to make a truck payment. I AM SICK OF THIS!!!

These people are human garbage, and they'll treat you lower than that. No help at all, they charge for there mistakes, which i've corrected 5 times, in person, and then they blame it on me. Credit unions should be better than banks, but i'd be much happier with Wells Fargo than them. just awful, horrible experience. FU PCSU.

Tasha rather be rude to you and tell you how to behave, than trying to be understanding or apologetic for causing a confusion( telling me it would.take 1hr or longer that I "should" make an appointment for next day, just to tell the guy who walked in 2 min ago that she will be right with him after the ppl she is helping ) Where there is a misunderstanding, she will keep up interrupt to say how she did everything right. when you explain your problem, she is not really listening to what happened. She will childishly listen for things to correct. The manager Daniel is very unequiped to be one, as he came over just to tell me that everything we are saying a moot point if I want her service, despite how she was stubbornly blamining everything on the frustrated customer and was very unprofessionally "defending" her perivous confusing words. When I told him, i just want this to get over it and am not comming back for her service. ( she was the only banker working accoriding to her ) he asked me to wait for another banker. And I asked why? is she incompetent to open one. They started attacking me for calling Tasha name. Well after the treatment I have received , Tasha , you are not just incompetent you shouldn't work dealing with public when you want to.make person uncomfortable just cause you didn't like that I interrupted you to clarify what you have said. You are a very unpleasant person to be a banker.
