  I worked with Candy Fung and Loan Factory team to refinance my house. It was a great experience. Loan Factory team responded very fast; available almost anytime I called for any questions, especially Candy; so easy to work with them. Most important thing is their rate is really COMPETITIVE. I used to work with local lenders and two lenders from Costco for my previous houses but I would say Loan Factory's rate is better than all of these lenders. I will use Loan Factory again for my next house and recommend Loan Factory to everyone else.

  I love the team at Loan Factory, Mr. Nathan Tran thank you for the helped from the beginning until the end of transactions and explained clearly about loan processing, applications, documents and every step of the way each team members helped and reached me out.   big shout out to Loan Factory and all the staff that had helped me through my refinance process. My case was a difficult one since the property is out of state, and my income was complicated. I didn't think that I will be able to get the loan. However, since the first time talking to Candy Fung at the NJ office, she had break down everything to help me understand and guide me through every step of the way.   We had great experience refinancing with Loan Factory. Their rate was unbeatable, and their service was the best among the mortgage agencies we have worked with in the past 8 years. Katherine, Anh and Steve coordinated well together to process our case quickly. We were able to lock in a very good rate and close within 22 days. The team was available to reach via text message and even during weekend. I highly recommend them to everyone.

  I filed an application with one of the Refinance web based company here in NJ and it took me 4 months but had not done with questions docs required.
