  This is one of the most easiest and fastest (not to mention good rate) refi loan I had ever had. All the team members (Trang, Stephanie, Jane, Lynn, Jessica, Thuan, Will and Andy) I have dealt with are so helpful and professional. They all bend backward and so responsive to all my needs. I would highly recommend this group to anyone needing Refi or new loan. They are all wonderful and saved me alot of money. I can not thank this team enough for a wonderful great job they have done for me. They are exceptional!!!

  I worked with Loan Factory for my refinance. I heard their ad on a radio station and decided to inquire. At first I was a bit doubtful, but in the end I was totally satisfied with the result. It took over 3 months only because I was not able to make up my mind due to ever-changing daily rate. Once I decided, it took like 2 weeks to close. Mr. Dinh Pham helped me through the whole process. He was cool and patient and treated me as if I was the only client. I would like to thank Loan Factory and Mr. Pham once again for an excellent service!

She was so responsive of my question and concern with the Loan process from beginning to closing. The terms were exactly what was disclosed at the beginning.   I just finished refinancing a loan on one of my rental properties through Loan Factory. I realize that doing business during the Covid pandemic is very difficult. Loan factory offered me a great loan with excellent rate and terms. The communication was the key. I would like to thank: Anh Vu, Steven Nguyen and Jie Zhang for excellent service during the loan process. I must say that Jie was always calling me back to answer my concerns and they all worked well as a team.

  As a retired senior I am no stranger to the process of refinancing. I have refinanced several times in the past and no company has come close to the professionalism shown by Loan Factory. Their A-Team consisted of Kira Mia (loan originator assistant), Lynn Hoang (loan processor) and Thuan Trong Nguyen (loan officer). Before I contacted Loan Factory I had a pending application with Loan Depot and they have already processed and approved my loan. When I had a couple of questions about the loan I could not get an answer. I emailed them three times and could not get a response! The Loan Factory A-Team was available to answer any questions I had via email or text, practically seven days a week. In fact there were time I got my questions answered as late as 8 p.m. on a weekday and even on a weekday. They even had a system whereas they will send you the daily rate via email email and then you can ask to lock in the rate you are comfortable with. I have never seen this type of service from any loan company. I finally settled at 2.25% and no closing cost! As icing on the cake, their customers are offered the opportunity to sign up for bi-weekly payments on the mortgage payments. That means I can pay half a payment every two weeks towards my monthly payment. Doing bi-weekly payments, I would have made an extra monthly payment by the end of year with no extra out of pocket costs. I wish to emphasize again that these three special individuals, Kira Mai, Lynn Hoang and Thuan Trong Nguyen really made my experience at Loan Factory the most pleasant refinancing experience of a lifetime!

  Refinancing your mortgage with Loan Factory is a hassle-free process, with quicker approval and closing times than is usual in the industry. They also offer some incentives for refinancing with them more than once, waiving all lender fees and reimbursing appraisal costs.
