      I was not served after sitting in the Financial Center for 15 minutes. There was no sign-in sheet or anyone to greet me to find out what I wanted. I finally went into an office and asked for service. I was told he would find an associate to help. After 3 minutes a woman appeared to ask what I wanted. I told her I was there to get fees waived. She asked if I had an appointment. I did not. I never needed one before. She said she would find someone to help me if she could. She returned and said the two people had appointments and could not help me now. I pointed out that I had been sitting there for 15 minutes and no one entered their offices and there was still no one in the offices. My matter was simple and could easily be addressed before anyone came. Most appointments are at the top or bottom of the hour and we were in-between. After trying to impress upon her that there was no reason I could not be seen now, I gave up and accepted her solution to call Customer Service. I am quite disturbed by the lack of in-person customer service. Not one person asked why I was sitting there? So someone can walk in off the street and just sit on the couch for hours on end? The woman I spoke to was at lunch and it was her job to greet customers. No one could cover for here while she ate? I realize things are different with Co-vid. I have no problem making an appointment, however I should be informed appointments are mandatory before I get there. Or a simple sign could have communicated that while I was there and saved me some time. However, the sheer lack of interest in me while I sat there indicates a severe lack of customer service by all employees who walked passed me without a word. I guess they don't have teamwork there. My matter was resolved over the phone in 2 minutes. I was aware this was not a time-consuming matter, why wasn't the woman I spoke not able to be flexible and get someone to help me while no other customer was in the office? It makes no sense.Even when I have made appointments in the past, I was never seen right away when I arrived. Yet, she seemed to indicate I would be stealing time from someone with an appointment if I was seen. Ludicrous! I was there a total of 28 minutes and not one person arrived for an appointment.

      I have openedan account at this branch four and half months ago; ordered checks and not recived them after twice going to the branch an talking to associates. It has been three months since the first inquiry. I can't call the branch because there is never anyone available.

      Used to like this place a lot - fast and friendly services. The tellers were experienced and knowledgeable, now feels like it's half full of rich kids who can't get a better job elsewhere and are now giving a shxt to their customers for them getting low wages. No need to smile guys but at least stop being condescending because you're sitting on the other side of the counter or maybe your parents make more than I do. And let's not talk about the ridiculously long wait time...

      Long line and slow service, waited almost an hour long to get a cashier check vs 5 mins doing the same thing at Chase.

      Waste of time. Waited almost an hour in line and still didn’t accomplish what I needed. Should have gone to the Temple City or Arcadia locations. Don’t waste your time coming here. Hope they open the midway plaza location up soon.

      This is the closest BofA to my home so I have to go into this branch but they are always so slow, there is always only 2 people helping move the line. While you see 2-3 employees Just walking around doing who knows what. I hate going to this branch I always have to plan a 15-20 minute wait time which is ridiculous now a days.

      Probably good if you speak Chinese. Tellers are bad at English and don't know anything other than very basic deposits and withdrawals.

      If you're Asian this is the bank to go to they will cater to your needs and they only speak Chinese Japanese and Vietnamese. You'll never see a Caucasian Hispanic or Black person working at this location if you do is token one that they brought in from another bank that's a given.
