  The ugly truth is that we have a tendency to under appreciate those who do great work, and are to quick to tell the world when we have a bad experience. Lisa Shaull and her team assisted my wife and I in the purchasing of our new home. The entire experience was flawless. From beginning to end Lisa was responsive and kept us informed.   Unfortunately, i experienced Lisa on a transaction where she was offering a mortgage to the buyer of a property i listed. Her voicemail was often full and communication was rare to non existent. Especially when things got shaky.... The deal ended up falling apart and the buyers agent no longer works with this lender due to the issues that occurred during this transaction. Lisa is a very likable person. I'm hopeful that any issues have been resolved as it looks like everyone has had very positive experiences with her. I'm just sharing my personal experience....and I am being incredibly kind on my stars at 3....because we all need grace sometimes.

  Lisa is a top-notch professional and is extremely knowedgeable in all areas of finanicng and the purchasing of propeties..
