  James Luna at Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group is an amazing Loan Officer. He treated us with complete respect. We placed our trust in James and he never let us down. My wife and I called James several times at different hours of the day. James answered every single time. Some of the conversations were late in the evening around 9:00p.m. James never made us feel rushed or as if we were just another loan customer. I felt like he was as loyal to me and my family as we were to him. James had an amazing amount of knowledge and he explained it each time in terms that we could understand. He even had to repeat the information several times over multiple days. James never missed a beat. I truly felt like James had more knowledge about purchasing a house than our Realtor did.
