  The refinancing process was straightforward and quick thanks to Linh and his team. I communicated with Linh entirely by phone and email and he was always quick to respond. The business is aptly named - with the time difference and my schedule making it difficult to communicate during usual business hours, I was always able to reach Linh and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. He is very patient and took the time to answer my questions, even going beyond to ensure that this refinancing fit in to my long term plans for investing. I recommend anyone who is looking for guidance for a refinance or mortgage to work with Linh.

  Linh help my family refinance the mortgage on our first house and helped us with a purchase of another house. Linh worked diligently around the clock to make the process go by fast and smooth. He walked us through and explained all of the paperwork so that we were comfortable and knew exactly what we were signing.   Writing this well-deserved 5-star review for Linh and 24/7 Mortgage! Linh helped us refinance our home AND purchase a new one (due to extremely low rates). We have been fortunate to have worked with Linh. Linh kept us on track with the many, many different deadlines throughout the process. He made it less stressful by proactively reaching out to give us time to collect our documents and submit them. We especially appreciated the time he took to break down abstract financial concepts into consumable pieces. Let's not forget to mention, his flexibility and ability to work us at any time of the day. They're not called 24/7 for nothing! :) We would never ever use anyone else for any real estate transactions. Why do you ask? Great question. 1.   My friend referred me to Linh when I was looking for competitive offers to refinance my home. He was very detailed, and quickly provided me with various options to review, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I decided to go through Linh, and was glad I did. He made the process very easy, and was on top of everything. I ended up referring my friends to him as well. Would recommend to anyone. Also, just like the name of his business, he literally is available 24/7!

  Excellent and reliable service. Shout out to Linh for making my process of refinancing loans as easy as possible. Thank you for helping me throughout the process and being available 24/7, even on the weekend. It was definitely helpful to be able to contact Linh after work hours on the weekend, and his respond was always within 5 minutes. Not only doing his job proficiently, but he also helped answer other unrelated questions, and I could not thank him enough. I appreciate your help a lot, Linh! You explained every documents clearly and made it really easy for us to understand the legal matters as well as the important notes. I wish I could give you 10 stars if I could.   Linh is a great loan officer who helped us in financing for our first home's loan. The process of doing loan with him from the beginning till the end was really smooth.   We highly recommend Linh Viet Vang at 24/7 Mortgate for your next mortgage. Linh is very professional, responsive, and client oriented. It does seem like Linh works 24/7 as he was always there to take our calls, answer our emails and texts. Linh consulted us on every single step on the way, from filling pre-approval application, to getting a good real estate agent, to successfully closing on our dream house! Without Linh's help, we couldn't get such a good rate mortgage within such a short amount of time. Linh took care of every single detail in our case and made sure that we got the best available option. We started working with Linh at the end of July and we just closed on our dream house on September 1! We feel very lucky to work with such a professional who provides excellent service!   I was looking into the refinancing of my current house and reached out to several lenders. I was mostly frustrated with how every lender was just trying to push their own agenda instead of prioritizing my own interests. However, when I talked to Linh, I could feel the personal connection and care from the first call. Linh went out of his way to not only get me the best rate and discounts but helped me at every step of the way.
