  Nice tellers and staff, but this place is way behind Chase Bank and other banks technology wise. Expect to wait 30-40 minutes just to talk to a teller (other banks are 5-10 minutes). Right now there's only 2 staff out of 11 booths and over 20 people in line. It seems like B of A (their atms are not good either), are really wanting to show the primitive way of banking

  If you can go to a different branch. Horrendous wait in line because they only have 2 tellers working at any given time and multiple supervisors standing around doing nothing but making sure you stand in line.

  I took my niece to this BoA on Bolsa & Magnolia in Westminster this morning to open a checking account for her. I was very impressed with the whole staff at this bank for their services. A very professional, courtesy and very friendly oriented staff. I just wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude for their customer services, especially, Ms. Tammy Dang.   The ATM machines in this locations are quite weird, you can not withdraw $1000 like other BOA ATM machines. If you choose $1000, it will lock your ATM Cards. I came here 2 times and my card was locked 2 times. The staffs were not friendly, they answer the question without any smile. Bad Services, Weird ATM machines !!!

  This bank is horrible! Takes me 30 minutes to cash my check They are always under staff to help all the costumers. Everyone is really slow that works here. Managers see the big line and instead of helping the tellers who knows where they go. This bank sucks ass! Don't come here If you are in a hurry

  Staffs are nice and friendly. This location is always crowded, so it’s expected to have 10-15 min wait time (or just schedule appointment online and avoid the wait)

  Horribly slow bank, there's too many people in line and with 4 windows open only. Waited 20 minutes already and still 3rd in line. There's a bunch of staffs walking around and around, not sure why they can't just open another line. Don't come inside if you don't have to.

  30 minutes waiting for a service. Only 3 bank tellers for long line. Bad customer service
