  Tim was excellent to work with. He met with us in his office and went over a lot - never over-explaining or under-explaining. He answered all our questions and worked to find us the best deals. He gave great advice for locking in rates. Our lender required a lot of additional paperwork due to some things on our end - and Tim was friendly and supportive throughout the entire process. I would definitely work with Lincoln Mortgage Solutions again!

  Tim was great to deal with, he offered the perfect product for us with the 1 month bank statements - Citadel Servicing (loan provider) was a bit of a pain but we are in our dream house and happy to have the help we received from Tim!

  I honestly don't know where to begin. Tim Lammon played a major part in me achieving the America dream of homeownership and for that I will ve eternally grateful. I had worked with two prior lenders who absolutely low balled and had me thinking my dream of home ownership would not be attainable. I'm so glad I persevered and came across Tim. The day I called him he went to work on my credit salary and told me the amount of house I would be able to afford which was totally higher than what I had been previously told. Tim also helped me to get money to put towards closing costs and also served as a first time home buyer mentor realtor and advisor, there simply wasn't a question I could not ask him and his response time was always very quick so much so that I felt like I was his only client. Tim is an all around good guy and looks out for you in way that just won't find at a big bank or big lender. He is absolutely the salt of the earth and an all around good guy. I would highly recommend Tim and Lincoln mortgage solutions to anyone who wants someone who will work earnestly & diligently to help you achieve your American dream.
