  We went through Lincoln after having dealt with Quicken/Rocket. After speaking to Lincoln (Bethany) we decided to cancel with Quicken and go with them to do a cash out/refinance on our paid-off home for major remodel. Night and day difference. We never know what was going on with Quicken and they changed numbers on us more than once. Lincoln had the same numbers throughout and explained every detail of the process very clearly, so we always know what was going on. Don't do business with the out-of-state corporate big wigs. They don't know what is going on from one department to another. Not one thing bad to say about Lincoln. I am an attorney, so I know all about BS. I never once thought Lincoln was trying to string me along. Now I just have to find a contractor to do the work during this pandemic!

  Kelly and his team are fantastic, very knowledgeable, and go the extra mile for all of their clients. His knowledge allowed my wife and I to qualify for a loan we had never heard of. I send many clients to Lincoln as well for pre-qualifying advice, credit score repair advice, and to build a solid relationship with a personable and experienced lender. Highly recommended!

  I've worked with Kelly and Sara and find them to be extremely knowledgeable and competent, but more than that, they care about people. They take the time to explain the complicated process of getting a loan so that I can understand it, and work hard to find the best deal for the customer, even if the best deal for the customer isn't the best deal for them. I recommend them without reservation to anyone looking to finance a home.

  Kelly is a genuine great guy. He is very knowledgeable about the lending industry. One of his customers told me that at closing, Kelly was ready to stop the deal from going through in order to see if that customer could qualify for a better rate when Kelly found out the customer had Indian heritage. His office offers regular first time home buyers classes to help those newbies through the scary process of home ownership. I would highly recommend Kelly P. and his company.
