  Lincoln Financial is the worst dental insurance I have ever had - I am consistently seeing a past due balance with my dentist because it takes them 90+ days to pay claims. They also sent my dentist a letter that they needed additional information to pay a claim, after the work was already completed. I better not have any unexpected bills from them!

  Terrible company , not willing to help during the pandemic. Here is an email I sent to them: To: President of Lincoln Financial I am retired and would like to have my 401k rolled over to my Merrill lynch IRA. According to your customer service reps I am required to have my wifes signature notarized. Because of the Pandemic my Doctor has told me that I am part of the most vulnerable and would probable die if I got Covid-19. So I have not left my home except to do curbside pick up of groceries and curbside pickup of other essential goods. I asked that you waive the requirement for notarization because of my health. You refused to waive it and said you could not help me with this. I think any reasonable company would try and help during this pandemic. The money is my money, I need it, and I should be able to get it transferred without putting my health at risk. I hope you will do the right thing and waive this requirement or contact the plan administrator and ask that this requirement be waived Heres what they sent back with a noreply email address, so there is no way for me to respond: Good afternoon, Thank you for contacting us regarding your Lincoln Financial retirement account! Lincoln financial Group is the administrator of the plan. We are unable to makes changes that have been established by the employer sponsored plan. May we suggest you contact your bank as they generally have a notary available to be able to witness your spouse signature possibly thru the drive thru. We appreciate your business with us and have a great day!

  Horrible, horrible results. I made a huge mistake trusting this company with my investment. They lost money year over year and continued to charge fees. The few times they made a return on the investment, their fees were more than the return so my account got smaller! One of the worst investment decisions I have made was choosing Lincoln Financial.

  This company is a joke! Low wages and the benefits suck across the board with every position there. The employees are treated so bad it’s a shame with no respect or no sense of direction. Anyone that gives LFG over 4 stars are completely lying to make the company look good. I’m a realist so I tell it like it is good or bad! Also JUSTIN KURNIK, a recruiter with the company is the worst! Avoid this company with all costs. TRUST ME!

  Ok so I want to start by saying there is no way you should not be able to reach a representative by phone. I have been on hold long in transferred 5 times in all I want to do is stop the mail coming to my house in here I got to cross the ocean for assistance. Not good for business.

  I have received a letter from Lincoln FinicalGroup tonight to tell me my retirement account value as 06/12/17 is $0.00 Must be kidding !! I left a message to call me ASAP because this letter gave me almost heart attack!!!!!
