Maybe the worst bank on this planet! Applied for and was approved for an HSBC Mastercard. Countless hours with Customer Service, two name change forms 3 attempts and they STILL can't put my correct name on the credit card! I'm not asking a special name either ... just put the name that was submitted on the application, ON THE CREDIT CARD! But this skill somehow eludes them!

Worst Customer Service EVER! Live chat is not useful and people at HSBC are not polite in local branch nor live chat nor by the phone. When you call in their Customer service, they transferred you to more than six departments, and you need to spend six hours and more on the phone with them. However, problems are still not resolved after some long calls. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this bank AT ALL.
