  Lillian did a great job from start to finish. She was there for the clients to explain every detail, great at communication with all parties and was superior all the way around. We closed on time and everything Lillian said would happen, did happen. Outstanding from top to bottom.   Lillian said that she could provide a quicker COE than was indicated in the purchase agreement and she did! Also, Lillian and her team kept me and my client apprised of the loan status without me asking for it. This is something that is unusual and much appreciated! This transaction was handled professionally and without a hassle to me or my client. Nicely done!
