  I strongly recommend Lilianna for your mortgage needs. She is the one who does possible out of impossible. She is extremely professional, perfectly knows her business, fast in responding to all your mortgage questions and/or concerns and most of all she takes your case personally.   At first, I was dealing with a different person who promised my mortgage, but working with her resulted in ruining my credit and false promises, which caused me to almost lose my deposit on my dream home. Then I heard about Lilianna Gekhtin through a Russian radio ad, and I contacted her. I cannot say enough for how much I appreciate her efforts. She did everything possible to not only get me a mortgage with a great interest rate but also she helped me to clear my credit score. To get this mortgage was absolutely not an easy task after all the issues the last person I dealt with created, but Liliana truly worked her magic and made it happen.   I cannot say enough great things about Lilianna and Alex. They were there every single step of the way for our home buying process. Being a first time home buyer can be very scary, but Lilianna and Alex put me at ease. I had little to no worries and the process was as painless as I believe to be humanly possible.   Lilianna is very professional broker. We started working with Bank of America, and got a lot of trouble during 40 days process, we thought never have mortgage approval. Fortunately we found Lilianna. She helped us get mortgage approval for only one day, and helped with all process until closing.
