  EXCELLENT customer service!!! This is our second time using Lighthouse Financial Enterprises, Inc. and we could not be happier: one refinance and one refinance cash out for a remodel/addition. Phil and his team always go above and beyond to make sure they get the best rate for us. Great communication each step of the way, too. Highly recommend!!!

  Phil has done 2 home loans and 1 refinance for me. His rates have been very good and service has been great. I have done all three transactions remotely from Idaho and the process went very smooth. Would use again without hesitation.

  I can't say enough about Phil. He walked us through every single step of the way, and even gave us a great plan to get our credit scores up for buying our first home. We followed his advise and were able to get my husbands score up 50 points in 5 months, and my score up 20 points. Phil was always there when we needed him, and even met with us in person a few times when we were confused. He sent us spreadsheets and documents that really broke down our options and helped us decide which route was the best for us to go. We ended up with a great loan and an interest rate we never thought in our wildest dreams that we could get. Phil really knows what he's doing. We were the first in our friend group to buy a home, so we'll be sending all of our friends Phil's way.

  Scott Gill and his entire team are Top Notch Professionals. Scott came into helping me buy a home after I had dropped the lender I was using. Scott and Mel B. picked the ball and ran with it in short notice of my closing date. Their diligence met my closing date and they saved me money at closing as well! If your looking for a lender to finance a home, I highly recommend Scott and his team at Lighthouse Financial! They are the BEST and deserve more than 5 stars!

  Working with Phil and his team was such a breeze! He walked us through all of the calculations and made sure that we understood everything that was happening every step of the way with our loan process. He ordered the appraisal quickly, communicated with us when he had to leave for a family emergency, and really made the transaction so smooth. I had been nervous for the loan process as I had been told by many people that it can be quite a pain and stressful overall, but we didn't experience any of that with Phil or Lighthouse Financial. He even attended our closing so that he could be available if we had questions during signing. Our realtor was impressed by his efficiency and the level that he made himself available to all of us during the process. I highly recommend Phil and Lighthouse Financial!

  I hate posting bad feedback, but if it helps people avoid headaches, I will. Honestly, I would never recommend this company. We felt confident when first meeting with Phil because he was very nice and so we thought we were in good hands, but it wasn't the case. After a month and a half of calling pretty much weekly to see what was going on with the loan (sometimes getting a response and sometimes not) and then 2 weeks solid of no response, I finally called Phil's secretary Kevin. Honestly, Kevin wasn't much help and made it sound like the behavior was the norm. He said he would talk to Phil and have him call me in the evening...2 days later Phil sent an email (no apology or any acknowledgment of his poor handling of our loan) with a loan that was 1.5% higher than his original 2 loan estimates and he also added a ton of fees making our payment a couple hundred dollars more than the original good faith was. We were never rude to these guys, if we were, I could understand them blowing us off. I could even understand if their office was extremely busy, but no one said ANYTHING to us. We have great credit and decent income, and we were actually purchasing the house we lived in so it was an easy loan....Phil sent us the email May 11th, we never bothered responding and we still haven't heard a word from him. Worst loan experience ever!!! The good news is, we called Opes Advisors in Eugene the following week and we just closed our loan with them June 18th! I would recommend them ANYTIME!! Joshua Kittel and Jennifer Brooke are AMAZING!

  Great service! Not only did they help me get a home, they helped teach me how to improve my credit scores and be a responsible home owner. Can’t say enough good about this company. Checked many different lenders around the Salem, Oregon area. No one could beat their rates. I am going to save so much money over the years. How can I not be excited about that?!
