  It was fairly easy to get a loan and overall pleasant experience until I found out that this loan was on my personal credit report and this factt affected my home purchase greatly. I decided to pay it off, which I did online, because I could not reach anybody on the phone. I was not able to stop autodraft, nobody ever gets back to me and I continue being charged monthly fee on 0 balance loan. Making a last attempt to drive to the nearest physical location. Its like a scam, you call them and cannot get pass by receptionists or they just hang up on you. If you have a choice, do not go with this company

  Liftfund has assisted my small business with 2 loans. They are always available, very quick in processing your application and very quick to respond to your questions. If you are a small business in the Bexar County area who is in need of a SBA loan, I highly recommend calling Liftfund!!!

  Not a good experience. Slow to get back with us regarding very important questions we had regarding the interest rate on the loan and collateral required. The whole process was like they were giving us a handout in spite of the fact that we have excellent credit and great collateral. 13.5 interest rate vs 3.5% from our bank for a line of credit is much better than they could offer. I thought they were supposed to help small business women instead of adding more debt to their businesses. They could have been more friendly and forthcoming regarding the requirements they have and what their program is all about. I would not recommend this program to anyone trying to grow their business.

  I was starting my small business and needed additional funds for equipment. Enrique Aragon handled my case and held our hands through the entire process. He educated us on some Business 101 financials they needed from our business plan, documentation, and then stayed in close touch with the lending agency until we got our loan. He even found a better interest rate for us since our food has health benefits. He was patient and non-judgemental, something you don't always get in the finance industry. LiftFund is a great agency which helps the little guy. I could not have gotten the loan I needed from a traditional bank. I will be going back after I pay off this loan and then open another shop. Thanks Enrique and every one at LiftFund!

  Beware when applying for funding with this organization. I'd suggest making sure you speak with someone beyond the intake/information reps to ensure they actually offer funding for the specific type of business you have. I submitted an application and they performed a hard hit on my credit (somehow they were able to do this w/o me providing my SSN, as I had not yet provided it), only to call and tell me they do not offer funding for my line of business. While I understand that they do not loan to my type of business, it would have been nice to know this before they moved forward on an action that affected my credit score and potential applications with other lenders. When I brought it to their attention, they did not offer any type of apology or compassion at all.

  We are extremely happy with the professionals at Lift Fund from the front desk receptionist to our loan manager Jonathan Sarabia. Jonathan was great at presenting the program and made it simple for us to understand the products that he had to offer. After meeting with him the first time I found a better loan product then the one I had in mind that saved us a lot of money. Thank you all and keep up the great work.

  I own Georgia’s Classic Cars And Restomod LLC About a year ago I visited with Josie She told me what I had to do to clear up some accounts on my Transunion account , she is very friendly and non judge mental . This past week I again visited LiftFund And was referred to Jonathan We visited and he looked over my credit reports and asked why I would need funding .. He told me what I would qualify for and made the process very easy . He and Josie both are a great team and I highly recommend them He is a great person that makes you feel at home and treats you with respect Together they did the impossible and got me funded Liftfund is a amazing place They definitely help the small businesses in our community

  I went to "my" bank and was treated like just a number there. Lift Fund provided a business loan with very favorable terms, and the processing time was quick. Mr. Enrique Aragon was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process, start to finish. Would most definitely recommend Mr. Aragon and Lift Fund for the small business owner.

  Terrible customer service with inconsistent messages depending on the reps you speak with. There was also no mention of this being a secured loan through out the application process. Took 4 days to finally reach some one who looked my application over. Would have been better off going with One Main financial. Small business owners I would suggest you look elsewhere like PayPal credit, Square Credit, even Kabbage. This whole process has been an utter joke.
