  Good afternoon everyone, I would like to say Brittany H. At Life Mortgage was an absolute joy to work with in helping Sandy and I get our new home in Long Beach Washington.... This whole process started about 6 weeks ago when Sandy and I drove up to Long Beach checked out the house and wanted to get things rolling as far as purchasing as soon as possible. Here is a very quick and important factoid about this transaction. On a Sunday night late about 7:30 Brittany called us back and we got the loan process in motion as we sat side by side in our rental car overlooking the ocean waves crashing in. I had prepared somewhat in having my last year's final paycheck stub and my balances available in savings and checking so that I could quickly send those right over the cell phone to Brittany.... The next day we were approved!!!! I've never started a house purchase process like this and I've also never purchased a house from 1100 miles away....DocuSign is amazing !!!!! Throughout the whole process everything went so smooth I figured something had to go wrong but it never did..... We are now the proud owners of a beautiful property in Long Beach Washington and thanks to Nancy our realtor and Brittany at life mortgage we will be moving up soon ..... Thank you so much to everybody who helped us with this purchase and starting our new life together with our family in a beautiful part of the country, that's really wet !!!!!! 🌧️🌧️🌧️

  Just as nice as Brittany is, she is knowledgeable of getting you financed. She built me a solid plan of action and got my credit up 100 points faster than I thought possible.   Extremely efficient and timely despite barriers due to our complexity of financing. Very kind and personable. Local lender that cares unlike huge corporate loans that are out of state. Highly recommend Life mortgage!
