  Update As I wrote in my earlier review. I was not happy completely happy with my experience with Liberty Tax Services and was not sure if I would return. Dan did a great job on my taxes which I noted in my earlier review, he has since reached out to me and took care of all my earlier concerns. I appreciate his affords and quick response to make me feel like a valued customer. Dan help with my taxes. He did a great job filing four years of back taxes for me. I also pay an additional $200 for him to help me contact the IRS and the collection company to make arrangements for back taxes owed, which he also did a great job. He told me he would prepare a letter for me and help me file two years of missing taxes. He said he would get back to me within 48 hours this never happened. When I contacted him three weeks later he said he had been very busy with tax season which is understandable but a phone call stating that would've been more professional, Especially because this was part of the $200 fee I payed. My biggest problem is on all my tax refunds except my 2020 which had both my 2020 stimulus payments on it, he put mail refund. We weren't sure if I would get a refund to to back taxes owed. Instead of putting my bank information which he now says I Opted not to do. He put Product Financial which is a bank Affiliated with liberty tax. They charge me $289 in order to print my $1800 stimulus refund sent to them by the IRS. This was not a Rapid refund and fees was never discussed with me during any conversation. I was so happy with the services but I'm not sure if I will return them next year because of this and the poor follow up. Be very careful to discuss how you will be getting any refunds. Almost $300 is a lot to pay for something that could have been mailed to me. Really disappointed I was looking forward to working with them in years to come.
