  Today I’m here at Bank of America Alvarado Niles in union City and nobody’s there no sign, I think like 30 people underline the line. We don’t know the bank is closed or open. This Bank of America don’t care about the customer is the worst Bank Of Amrica in united state people so mad and angry because they don’t know what to do stain on the line nobody answer the bank Door is closed nobody’s here to answer those people. You guys act like you don’t care about the customer we trust you that’s not fair you’re act. 12/30/2020

  It's January 16 2021. COVID-19 has been around for almost a year and this bank does not know how to resource correctly. Every Saturday is like this on the outside and yet they dont hire a full staff. Plus the need diversify training. Their employees have a hard time with people of different races and cultures.

  Always a loooooog line. It took 25min to talk to the teller. Can the manager ask more staff to help in the counter? This time, I saw one senior customer felt quite tired and sat on the chair and moved the chair while the line moved. Wednesday 5pm.

  Lines are too long. The bank have many employees but only few of them are helping customers at the windows. Every time I go there, I'm in lines at least 30 minutes. Horrible.

  The Bank relationship associate Cathy Yu is a young lady who is knowledgeable and very professional on the field; She can solve the problems and give the customers opinions to let customers to choose the best one to meet the customers' needs!
