  Such a great experience! This was my first time having my taxes filesd here. Everyone I encountered was very personable, kind and welcoming. Tiffany helped me with understanding the values this company has for their customers as I was very skeptical from being screwed over for years from a different Tax agency. Tiffany even went above and beyond to schedule my appointment for me. When I arrived for my right away appointment I was greeted by Tara who had the most welcoming smile. She was super slammed with drop offs and made the time to get all of my information which only took about 10 minutes. I handed her all of my documents and she said she would be in touch the same day. Tara and Brian made things happen and completed all of my tax return getting me everything that they could. Brian was so nice and patient and explained the entire process step by step and answered every question I had without hesitation. Tiffany later on checked in to see how things were going with the process. These people are just awesome. I will definitely continue my tax journey in the coming years with Liberty Tax and their employees. They actually CARE!!

  5 stars! I absolutely have the best experience every single year ! I have no reason to ever let anyone else prepare my taxes! Brain and Tara are wonder, warm and welcoming. As if I'm part of their family, I know I can trust my finances to the wonderful people at Liberty Tax in Cumberland, MD. Thank you 😊

  Even when there are many curve balls thrown, the professionalism always is number one! The staff is wonderful and will go to great lengths to ensure the happiness of all their clients. I love their referral program as well. Refer a friend who will tell them you referred them (who didn't file there last year) , and once they're filed, you get a call for a fresh, crispy $50 bill!
