  Closing all three of you drive throughs in Covid times is a very inconvenient and unsafe practice I hope the president of this credit union understands that he has upset customers for no reason close one at a time for improvements

  Hi David! We are sorry you had this inconvenience with our Downtown Drive Thru. Our Corporate, LaVale, and Greene Street Drive Thru's are all still open. If you need to go through a drive thru please use any of these.

  The WORST bank I have EVER had in EVERY single way possible. Do NOT go here, just go to First United instead, that's who I switched to, they're right across from Queen City Creamery.

  I have lived in several states and have had bank accounts with more banks than I can count. This bank has been very good to me and we have had good experiences with the process of land loans, opening accounts for minors, and more. I have had nothing but friendly experiences, and customer service has always been perfect at every encounter.

  I used to have to cash my checks at a liquor store, and to be honest, I want to go back to that over Chessie. They're never open when they say there are, the app and the site hardly ever works, and even though they tell you you're protected from overdrafting, it's a lie. Also their phone operators are NEVER available and they're never any help even on the RARE occasion that they are. Oh and even though Covid mandates have been lifted, they still won't open their lobby. But hey, for about 7 hours a day only Monday through Friday, the drive through is sometimes open and it only takes 30 minutes to get through there, they also don't have their own pens, but hey. Do yourself a favor and find ANY other bank, or liquor store even. Dealing with Chessie will just make you need to shop at a liquor store.

  Hi Tristan, Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry for the inconvenience. We did want to let you know that all of our lobbies have been open since March 1! We also do have great pens and you are welcome to them next time you stop in. We are open fully Monday through Saturday. Our member service agents work Monday through Friday, but you can still reach the branches on Saturdays. Is there a specific time you were at the branch that it was not opened when it said it was?   When your hours say open between 8a.m until 12:30p.m on Saturdays maybe y'all should be open between those hours. Also when you say 7 to 10 business days to receive your card and it still hasn't showed after 3 weeks isn't that grand either. Especially for someone who works out of town and is only home for 3 days every 2 weeks.

  The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Their agents do not want to help you one bit. Website is not user friendly.
