      The employees at this store need a lesson in customer appreciation . I paid 291.00 for my taxes to be done by a professional and my taxes were still submitted incorrectly. After bringing the issue to the manager of this location, I was promised a phone call that I have yet to receive. These people do not value their customers, and our not professionals at all. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would recommend however that liberty tax hire not only people that took the one week tax course to also take the one week customer service course.
