  Had pawned a rifle and it returned with a broken sight. Even pawned it In a cushioned box. How can they mess that up? Have always taken care of my belongings, especially my guns and to have it returned the way it did ruined my security of trusting any pawn shop with anything. Also while trying to redeem my rifle I was met with bad attitudes and awful customer service. No longer doing business here.

  Horrible rushed service and bad attitudes. If you're reading this and thinking about selling here, please go to first national pawn. I was selling expensive sound equipment and they offered me $80 for all of it. At first national pawn they gave me $265 for everything. Way better deals and service.

  Great, quick, & friendly staffing. Decent to Ok prices and amounts of cash & rate percentages you receive and are given at point of sale or pawn for personal valuables. Plus They have a huge selection and variety of things you could think of shopping for. Since the year of 2016 I, myself have personally been pawning with the company since 2016. Three "pawn with us" facilities located here in the Town of Rapid City!

  I have shopped at this store for years. That is the reason it doesn't have one star. I just had a terrible experience here, I bought an item and the tag said it had a charger, I thought I would receive that once I paid for the item, no such luck. The sales person nearly took it from me once she realized I wasn't happy (I had already paid for the item), and said ' I won't let you leave this store unhappy'. Apparently that means refunding my money whether I want it or not.

  Purchased a fun that was supposed to be brand new. Went to the range the next day and jams up on the first round. Went and got proper ammo for it from the gun store. Went to take it back in and would only give me less than half or nothing. Manager she was on the phone with pretty much accused me of taking it apart when it was just bought yesterday. Do not waste your time buying anything from them.

  Pawn With Us is the best pawn shop in Rapid. I have been coming here for years and always appreciate the quality of product they have. I have bought all my electronics here and will never buy new again so long as they are open. The staff is always excellent with friendly service and in-depth knowledge of all their products. Always a great place to shop. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great product at a good price.

  Absolute garbage. I was severely undercut with all of the times that I've gone there, the worst experience being that I tried selling a drumset, one of the employees was extremely compliant and bargained with me until a manager out of the blue took over the transaction and then offered me less than half of what was originally offered, so I took my business elsewhere. My most recent experience I had with them I was trying to sell a pair of headphones, the girl I was talking to clearly had no idea what she was looking at or what to look up, so she waited for a manager that just told me that they were outdated and I wouldn't get anything for them, absolutely rude and I will NEVER go there again, for anything, so I sold my headphones to Fair deal pawn and they actually gave me a good price for them. Just go to fair deal or first national, honestly.

  Most of mine and my other halfs experience with pawn with us was great. Expect for the blond girl not the blond haired lady. But the younger one. Rude no customer service skills. Has a know it all attitude. If she wasn't there place would be better off. Seems the public is starting to agree. Oh she was at the express one as well. Nope went over the hill to the other pawn shop and got a TV for our daughter. I'd rather pay more somewhere else or take less of an offer then have this know it all handle our business..
